  1. Use Table 2-1 to determine the Origin Zone (A, B, C or D) according to the origin province or territory.
  2. Find the destination state in Table 2-2 to determine the Rate Zone (1 to 7) under A, B, C or D as determined above.
  3. Use Table 3-3 to determine the price of the Xpresspost-USA item according to its weight and the Rate Zone of the destination, or use Table 4-3 to determine the price of the Expedited Parcel-USA item according to its weight the Rate Zone of the destination.
