International Incentive Letter-post Customer Guide
The Customer Guide forms part of the Agreement between the Customer and Canada Post. It explains the qualifications and other terms and conditions under which the service is provided.
Effective January 2009 Effective January 2010
Contains detailed information on products and services offered by Canada Post for mailing within Canada, to the U.S.A. or to international destinations.
Provides the Service Standards applicable for International Incentive Letter-post.
This form should be printed on “green” paper and needs to be applied to the top of each USA & International Incentive Letter-post lettertainer/container to ensure the mail is routed properly. Remember to insert your Order (Statement of Mailing) (2 copies) inside the lettertainer/container before pick-up.
