Ann Therese MacEachern
Ann Therese MacEachern is VP, Human Resources
In this role, Ann Therese supports Canada Post’s core mail and Parcels businesses by delivering a full range of Human Resources support, programs and initiatives that affect more than 62,000 employees represented by five collective agreements.
She joined Canada Post in 1989 as Manager, Corporate Secretariat with Corporate Affairs. She has since held a number of progressively more responsible roles, including: Director, Corporate Resourcing; General Manager, Employment Policy; and General Manager, Human Performance Excellence. In 2010, she was appointed General Manager, Field Human Resources.
Ann Therese holds a Masters of Arts in Public Administration from Carleton University, a Bachelor of Public Relations from Mount Saint Vincent University, and completed the Executive Development Program at the University of Western Ontario. She is a Certified Human Resources Professional and is Human Resources and Compensation Committee Certified. She is also a graduate of the Audit Development stream.
