As SVP, Processing, Engineering and Infrastructure , Cal Hart leads a dynamic team responsible for Mail Processing Plants and Network. This includes the transformation and performance of the company’s operations with a mandate to improve service, reduce costs and position the company for future growth.

One of his major areas of concentration is to ensure the company’s investment and transformation to renew equipment, real estate, processes and technology, as well as the ongoing mail processing strategy, are fully integrated and that change is well executed with a focus on quality, employee safety and productivity.

Ultimately, Cal’s team enables the Corporation to build end-to-end operational excellence to become a more efficient, competitive and flexible company.

Cal has 38 years experience in numerous Operations roles and functions, and has successfully led major programs involving re-engineering processes that delivered significant change at Canada Post.
