Murray Dea

Murray Dea is Vice-President, Real Estate. Murray leads the Real Estate function at Canada Post. He is responsible for developing, deploying and monitoring compliance to real estate policies, practices and standards. His focus is transforming the delivery of real estate services at Canada Post to improve service levels, improve alignment of the real estate function with the business, and identify cost saving opportunities. He is also responsible for the development and execution of a comprehensive plan which will dovetail with the overall transformation strategy.

Murray is a versatile senior executive with 25 years of multi-disciplinary real estate and general management experience in North America and internationally and an accomplished leader of innovative and successful teams. Murray joined Canada Post from Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL), where he led the Canadian Corporate Solutions Platform with responsibility for strategy and service delivery to Canadian headquartered clients worldwide. Immediately prior to JLL, Murray was with the TD Bank Financial Group where he led the Corporate Real Estate function.

Murray has a BA in Economics from Harvard University.
