Limited postal service to Lebanon now available

Canada Post wishes to advise its customers that limited postal service to Lebanon is now available.

The temporary suspension of service announced last week was necessary due to a lack of reliable transportation to Lebanon. Since then, Lebanon officials have notified Canada Post and other postal administrations that transportation arrangements have been made to allow for postal service of airmail items to Lebanon. As a result Canada Post has reinstated mail service for airmail letters and parcels destined to Lebanon. Surface mail service is not available at this time.

Canada Post will continue to accept Purolator International items to Lebanon.
