| 162NS12ATR019-P2 | Consulting Services Phase IIThe Corporation has a requirement for “as and when required” Consulting Services as identified in the Statement of Requirements documented in Attachment 1 to this RFP. The intent of this RFP is to establish a qualification program for suppliers of Consulting Services with the intent of creating a dynamic suite of standing offer agreements with a number of consulting firms that have the required breadth and/or depth of expertise (the “Master List of Consulting Services Providers”). Canada Post is looking to outside suppliers to support various initiatives and help Canada Post align the organization to better address key initiatives impacting the organization. The services are to be provided on an as and when required, non-exclusive basis, for up to a 7-year period. Canada Post wishes to pre-qualify suppliers who will team with, bring value to, and complement the skill sets of Canada Post. Proposers may propose on any of the streams of services identified in the Statement of Requirements documented in Attachment 1 to this RFP. This RFP sets out the process by which a Proposer or Proposers will be identified for potential standing offer award or awards. This RFP is Phase 2 of the RFP. Phase 1 was previously posted on May 23, 2012 and closed on July 3, 2012. Phase 2 – Continuous Qualification Phase Phase 2 of the RFP is being re-issued after the closing date of Phase 1 and will continue to remain open until the closing date identified in this RFP. The Corporation may decide to close, hold, amend or cancel this Phase 2 or parts thereof. Proposals submitted in this Phase 2 will be assessed when received (subject to Canada Post availability) and may be eligible for standing offer award subject to the Assessment and Selection Process described in Section 3 of this RFP. Successful suppliers qualified in Phase 2 of this RFP will be added to the Master List of Consulting Services Providers, upon finalization of an agreement. Suppliers who successfully qualified for a standing offer agreement in any stream during Phase 1 may submit proposals in Phase 2 for a different Stream(s) and have their current agreement amended to reflect this addition, provided that they are successful in qualifying. Suppliers who were not successful in Phase 1 may re-submit a new proposal(s) during Phase 2 in an effort to qualify for a standing offer agreement.
