HOW TO APPLY:
STEP 1 Determine which category (or categories) your company is eligible for.
There is also one Consumer Champion Award to be won—as determined by the general public.
From all submissions received, the judges will select five finalists for each award category, and these finalists will be automatically entered into the Consumer Champion Award category. Starting August 26, 2013, consumers across Canada will vote for their favourite online retailer to determine the winner!
STEP 2 Download the appropriate PDF application form(s):

|Best Multi-channel Retailer||Companies who sell directly online to Canadians and operate at least one physical store in Canada.||There are two prizes in the Best Multi-channel Retailer category: one for Large Retailers and one for Small Retailers.
Large: companies whose total gross sales in Canada in 2012 were more than $5 million
Small: companies whose total gross sales in Canada in 2012 were less than $5 million
|Best E-tailer||Online retailers with a Canadian website whose only source of revenue is Internet sales.||There are two prizes in the Best
E-tailer category: one for Large
E-tailers and one for Small E-tailers.
Large: companies that have sent out more than 25,000 individual shipments to customers in last 12 months
Small: company that have sent out fewer than 25,000 individual shipments to customers in last 12 months
|Most Innovative Retailer||Companies who sell directly online to Canadians. They can be E-tailers or Multi-channel Retailers (see definitions above).||There are two prizes in the Most Innovative Retailer category: one for large retailers and one for small retailers.

Small: Small E-tailers and Small Multi-channel Retailers (see definitions above)
STEP 3 Save the PDF(s) to your computer
Instructions for Mac users:
- open the application form
- in the menu bar, click on the option “File” and select “Print”
- click the option marked “PDF” in the lower left corner of the menu box that appears
- in the drop-down menu, select “Save as PDF”
- save the file under a new name
STEP 4 Fill out the form(s). Remember to save as you go!
STEP 5 Review your application thoroughly. You can't make changes after you've submitted it.
STEP 6 Attach completed application form(s) to an email and send to email@example.com
You will receive a confirmation email once your application has been reviewed and accepted.
