International Standard Incentive

International Standard Incentive™ service is ideal for sending your printed matter, where cost rather than speed is a priority.

Use International Standard Incentive service to send items such as:

• Newspapers.
• Magazines.
• Product information, catalogues, or advertising mail.
• Other types of identical and non-personalized printed matter, falling within the minimum and maximum dimensions and weight requirements for this service.

Redirection
All International Incentive Letter-post™ items will be redirected to the addressee based on the practices and requirements of the destination postal administration.

Return to sender
This feature applies only to items sent using International Premium Incentive service and International Per Item Incentive service. We return undeliverable items directly to you at no charge, provided there is a Canadian return address on the outside of the item. When the return address is on the inside of the item, we will return it for a fee.

On-demand pickup service
Pickup is available for International Incentive Letter-post (Premium, Per Item and Standard) customers at no additional charge, in certain locations. To arrange a pickup, call us at 1-866-757-5480. View a list of the areas where pick-up is available.

Minimum number of items

To qualify for International Incentive Letter-post, you must have a minimum number of 100 items per deposit.

If you are a customer in the Ottawa area, ensure you do the following when preparing your containers:

1. Print the International Incentive Letter-post form on green-coloured paper and apply it to the top of each U.S.A. & International Incentive Letter-post lettertainer/container to ensure your mail is routed properly.

2. Ensure the site information entry/selection on your Order (Statement of Mailing) is as follows:
