Introducing… Business Reply Mail Improvements

Canada Post is proud to introduce improvements to our Business Reply Mail (BRM) service

What’s changing?

Starting in Winnipeg in January 2011, customers will have the ability to reconcile their daily BRM items with an online “Daily Counts” report.  Packing slips will no longer be produced and will be replaced by the online “Daily Counts” reports.

Why are we doing this?

The Postal Transformation Program investment in new equipment and technology provides us with an opportunity to improve the handling of BRM within our plants.

Our new equipment and technology enables: What does this mean for you?
More efficient processing of your BRM Faster delivery times
Simplified addressing Enables multiple BRM accounts for the same address
Future tracking of campaign responses by originating city BRM visibility through new online reporting and analysis capabilities
