International Parcel–Surface service is the most economical service for sending parcels that are not time-sensitive.
Choose International Parcel–Surface service and automatically get these features:
- Delivery in 4 up to 6 weeks.*
- Coverage up to $100 for loss or damage. (Some exceptions apply. Look up the details for your destination country.
- Delivery to Post Office boxes.
*Delivery standards are within business days for items sent between most major urban centres and are dependent upon origin and destination. All Canada Post services (including without limitation, delivery guarantees) are subject to terms and conditions.

About pickup service
- Available to commercial customers with access to "account" as a method of payment.

We pick up your shipments on business days at regularly scheduled times, or on demand when you need it.
- The fee for scheduled pickup is based on the volume you ship—it's free if you ship more than 120 items per week!
- A standard fee for on-demand pickup applies. A minimum of 10 (effective June 22nd, 2009 – otherwise, 25 pieces minimum) pieces per pickup is required.
