Description

Canada Post’s Personal Vault includes handy personal info cards to help you keep track of your food, drug and environmental allergies. Store allergy information for your whole family, access it from anywhere and share it with trusted contacts.

How it works

  1. From the Vault tab inside epost, select Add Form and then choose Allergies.

  2. Fill out the form and enter any medications you take to treat your allergies.

  3. Select the plus (+) symbol in the bottom left corner to add another allergy form.

Tips banner

  • At the top of the form, in the Form Name field, enter a descriptive name that will cover all of the allergy forms you plan to add.
    Example: Lucy’s allergies

  • In the Notes section, indicate any additional notes that might be helpful.
    Example: Take one antihistamine daily.
