Merge your existing Canada Post and epost profiles

Merging your profiles means you’ll be combining your existing profiles for canadapost.ca and epost.ca. After you merge your existing profiles, you can access all your information on the Canada Post and epost websites using the same username and password. The option to merge profiles will only be offered once – the first time you sign in.

Please note that merged profiles cannot be separated later

Merge an epost profile with your Canada Post profile if:
  • You can use an epost profile and a Canada Post profile for personal or household management
  • You use both epost and Canada Post profiles for managing the same business – either a large enterprise business or your home business.
Remember merged profiles cannot be separated.
Keep your epost profile separate from your Canada Post profile if:
  • You use your Canada Post profile for your business and your epost profile for your household and personal bills
  • You have an epost paid Vault account. You cannot merge Canada Post and epost Vault profiles.
Updated Terms and Conditions.
  • By accepting the new Terms and Conditions, you will agree to receive Canada Post special offers and promotions. If you still do not wish to receive epost special offers and promotions, you will need to unsubscribe by updating your Notification preference in Profile Settings.
