I made a mistake on my change of address form. How can I correct it?
To correct your change of address, use the same channel that you used to purchase the service.
Please note you can only make corrections to your new address. Your old address cannot be corrected. You also cannot change an address completely. To do this, you must cancel your original request and purchase a new change of address service.

- If you submitted your change of address form online, please make the changes online.
- If you submitted your form at a Post Office, go to any Post Office. Bring your original copy of the form or one of the yellow stickers on your redirected mail.
