Why is only some of my mail forwarded to my new address?

Here are a few potential explanations that may apply:
- The service is intended for forwarding letters only. If you are expecting a parcel, make sure to advise sender(s) of your new address.
- We cannot forward letters that are marked with "Do Not Forward". This feature is requested by the sender. As such, you must update your mailing address on file by directly contacting the organization in question.
- Only mail addressed to requested mail recipients will be forwarded. To add a Mail Recipient to the service, visit our convenient online self-serve tool.
