How do I cancel an Order (Manifest)?

  • You want to cancel an Order (Manifest) that is no longer valid due to keying errors, printing issues or changes in your mailing plan.

Answer

You can cancel a Manifest that you submitted electronically for the following parcel products and services:

  • Expedited Parcel™
  • Xpresspost™
  • Priority™
  • Regular Parcel™
  • Small Packet™

You can only cancel a Manifest if you have not yet provided your shipment to Canada Post.

If you plan to replace your Order, do so before you cancel your Manifest. During the cancellation, reference the replacement Order.
