I have a delivery issue with a recent Unaddressed Admail mailing. What can I do?
- You have had little or no response from your mailing and wonder if it has been delivered.
- Some of your customers did not receive the mailing.
- Your mailing was delivered early or late.
You may be able to track or confirm delivery online if you used the Unaddressed Admail™ Fully Featured option in EST Online.

What you can do
- If you used the Unaddressed Admail – Fully Featured option in ET Online, sign in and track your mailing online.
- Contact us online to report a delivery issue with an Unaddressed Admail mailing.
Note: Before reporting a delivery issue, ensure you have several sample addresses and have verified correct routes were chosen.
