I forgot my Vault password. What can I do?


Answer

Sign in to epostTM and then select the My Vault tab. Select Forgot Password. You’ll be prompted to answer the authentication questions you provided when you signed up for the Vault. After you correctly answer the questions, you’ll be prompted to create a new password.
