When I track my parcel, the status shows attempted delivery. What does that mean?
Attempted delivery indicates that we tried to deliver your parcel or letter, but no one was available to receive it.
Have you tried...
- If delivery was attempted while you were not available, we'll leave a Delivery Notice Card informing you where you can pick up the item. We only make one delivery attempt and cannot redeliver an item.
- If the tracking details for your item show as attempted delivery, but no Delivery Notice Card was left, the card should appear with the regular mail the next business day.
