- You have received a Delivery Notice Card and need to know who can pick up the item.
- You have received a Delivery Notice Card but are unable to pick up the item yourself and need someone to pick it up for you.

Whether an item requires a signature or not

one piece of acceptable government issued photo ID and one of the following: the Delivery Notice Card signed by the addressee indicating the name of the individual authorized to pick up the item, OR a Letter of Authorization or a legal document demonstrating your authority to act on the addressee’s behalf. |
an item on behalf of a business/organization that is not “home based” |
one piece of acceptable personal government issued photo ID AND a Letter of Authorization or a legal document demonstrating your authority to act on the addressee’s behalf. |
