Where does my mail come from before it gets delivered?
- You want to know where your mail is before it gets delivered to you.
- You are waiting for a delivery that has not arrived and you want to pick it up at the station or depot.
- You do not want your mail to be delivered and you want it to be held at the station.
During processing, your mail may go through several points in our network before it reaches you. These include plants, stations and depots. At each of these, we handle and sort your mail before delivering it to you.
Our stations and depots do not have the ability to hand over mail to individuals, but we assure you that your mail is delivered to you the same day it is sorted for your location.
