Question

Mail is being misdelivered. What can I do?

  • You are receiving someone else's mail.
  • Someone else is receiving your mail.

Answer

We are required to deliver mail to the address on the envelope regardless of the name. If the mail has your correct address, but the person who it’s addressed to does not reside there, write on the item “Return to Sender – Not at address” and deposit it into a Street Letter Box.

What you can do

  • If you are receiving mail that does not have your address on it or you know someone is receiving your mail, contact us online and we’ll investigate.
