Question

I sent an item but it arrived damaged. What do I do?

  • You have sent an item and the recipient has informed you that the item was damaged in transit.
  • You have received an item and it has been damaged in transit.

Answer

We offer a variety of mailing services to match your delivery timeline and your budget.

If the item was sent through one of our trackable services (and you have a number for tracking purposes), a claim can be filed to recoup the postage and insured value.

Please note that only senders may initiate claims. If you have received a damaged item, please advise the sender to submit a claim.

If the item was not sent through one of our trackable services, we cannot accept any claims against the item as insurance was not purchased.

Have you tried...

  • If you are the sender, and you used a trackable service, you can submit a claim online
  • If you did not use a trackable service, you cannot submit a claim, but you can still report the damage so that we are aware of the issue.
