Don’t know your user ID or password?

If you don’t know your user ID, call the Help Desk at 1 877 411-8585.
If you don’t have a password, follow the on-screen instructions to create your password.

The new Intrapost is accessible from work or from home. To access from home, all you need is a computer with a secured Internet connection. Go to canadapost.ca and select “I’m an employee” at bottom of the page. Look for the “log in” button in the left column and enter your user ID and password.
