October is Stamp
Collecting Month!

October not only marks Stamp Collecting Month in Canada and around the world—it also provides the perfect opportunity to introduce kids to the fun and exciting world of stamps.

This year, Canada Post celebrates Stamp Collecting Month with the 2nd issue in their Endangered Species series – one that appeals to young and old. These stamps feature at-risk Canadian creatures that live in or around water.

Here are some materials to help you celebrate Stamp Collecting Month and give your class a reason to talk about stamps year round. Each year, we issue many different stamps  that can  help you put a stamp on learning.
