Any mailing (Addressed Admail, Publications Mail, except Time-Committed Publications Mail) deposited in bags must have a bag label (keeper tag) in the label holder indicating the National Presortation Schematic Routing information. The dimensions are 86 mm x 24 mm.
A Time-Committed Publications Mail mailing deposited in bags must have a bag label (keeper tag) in the label holder indicating the National Presortation Schematic Routing information. The bag label must bear a terracotta strip or must be completely terracotta with black lettering. The dimensions are 86 mm x 24 mm.
