A simple application process with big rewards

The new, two-step process makes applying easier for you. In step one, we ask for standard company information and answers to a few simple questions. If your company is selected for step two, we ask a few more specific questions based on the award you’re applying for.

How it works

You don’t have to be a Canada Post customer to be eligible for, or to win, a Canada Post E-commerce Innovation Award. The two-step application process is simple.

Step 1:

First, select the award that’s most reflective of your business and answer a few short questions. An applicant can apply for up to two awards.

The Canada Post Pre-screening Committee will review applications to ensure they meet the category criteria. Then we’ll contact applicants who are eligible to move to the second step of the application process.

Step 2:

The second step asks applicants to answer more detailed questions and provide supporting material based on the particular award(s) they apply for.

Finalists and winners are selected by an external panel of judges. They evaluate the applications that meet the outlined criteria.

When you click “Apply for an award,” you will be directed to another site to provide information about your business and complete the Step 1 questions.
