Possible delays in treating your request

Canada Post’s ability to respond to requests and meet its proactive disclosure requirements within the timelines mandated by the Access to Information Act and the Privacy Act may be affected by its current operational pressures due to the exceptional measures put in place to curb the spread of COVID-19 and protect the health and safety of Canadians.

We will continue to make all reasonable efforts to respond to requests and to meet the timelines for proactive disclosure of information in accordance with our obligations and operational realities.
