To get all the benefits from Solutions for Small Business, use the small business account that has the highest usage or number of transactions. Need help figuring out which account is the best to use? Or do you want to close an account that is no longer required? Contact us.
If the customer number is identical on both customer cards, you can use either one or both cards.
No action is required on your part. Your current customer account will automatically be converted to a Solutions for Small Business account.

- Sign in to canadapost.ca
- Click on My Profile
- Click on Order your customer cards
- Select the quantity of cards you want and then click Submit

As part of our commitment to our customers, we review customer accounts yearly. The review ensures that your account information with Canada Post is current and accurate. If the recent membership card that you received is identical to the previous one received, then you can discard one or you can use both.
