Douglas Jones is SVP, Delivery and Customer Experience.
Doug Jones was appointed as Senior Vice-President, Delivery and Customer Experience in February 2013. He is responsible for optimizing day-to-day delivery operations as well as enhancing the Customer and Delivery Experience at all consumer touch points across the country, including more than 15 million addresses and nearly 6,400 retail post offices. The “Delivery Experience” team at Canada Post manages over $1 billion in revenue, $3 billion in annual costs and consists of 45,000+ employees. Previously, Doug has served as Canada Post’s Senior Vice-President, Operations and Vice-President, Field Operations.
Prior to joining Canada Post in 2007, Doug was based in Virginia as Vice-President, Manufacturing & Operations for Lafarge (North America), a world leader in building materials. He began his career at Lafarge in Sales, progressing to Sales & Quality Manager and Vice-President & General Manager of various business units across Canada. Doug was also the President of Innocon Inc., a Toronto-based construction materials manufacturer.

Doug completed a MBA from Niagara University in New York, a B.Sc. from Acadia University in Nova Scotia and he is a Certified Engineering Technician.
