I sent an item within Canada that arrived damaged. What can I do?


If you sent the item through one of our trackable services (and you have a number for tracking purposes), you can file a claim to recoup the postage and insured value.

Please note that only senders can initiate claims.

What You Can Do

  • If you are the sender, and you used a trackable service, submit a claim online
  • If you did not use a trackable service, you cannot submit a claim, but you can still make us aware of the issue by reporting the damage.
