There are 2 ways to find products in our shop:
- Browse the shop using the categories in the left-hand menu.
- Enter a product number or keyword in the Search Products by Keywords or Product Number box.
- Find the product you wish to buy and select Details.
- In the Quantity box, enter the number of products you want to buy.
- Select Add to Cart. The item(s) will be added to your shopping cart, which appears on the right-hand side of the page.
- You can continue to browse the shop and add more items to your cart. If you leave the shop, when you return, the items you selected will still be in your shopping cart, ready to be purchased.
Note: Some products are only available to commercial account holders. For these products, commercial customers will be prompted to sign in before they can add the products to their cart.
- Select the shopping cart icon in the top right-hand section of the page. Each item in your cart is itemized by product name, quantity and unit cost.
- Add, remove or change the number of items in your order and view a revised total.
- Continue shopping to add more items to your cart or select Checkout to purchase the items.
While there is no minimum dollar amount required to complete an order, some products in our Business Shop have a minimum quantity requirement.
If you are not already signed in you will be prompted to enter your username and password. If you have not already signed up, you will be asked to do so. This will require that you provide some personal information such as your name and email address.
The handling time is the number of business days required to assemble and package the products you purchased.
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and American Express (AMEX). Canada Post commercial customers can also pay by account. If you have bought products online previously and stored your credit card information, that credit card will be available to you. If you are using a new credit card, you can save the details by selecting Add to saved cards before you select Continue.
Note: All purchase prices are displayed in Canadian dollars. For international customers, the appropriate exchange rate will be applied by your credit card company or bank at the moment it processes the online transaction.
This 3- or 4-digit code (located on the back of your Visa or MasterCard or on the front of your AMEX card) is a security feature for “card not present” transactions. It is a way of verifying that the card is legitimate and actually on hand during online transactions.
Discounts and promotions that we advertise online or by mail, or offer by product or total order include a special offer code. If you have a code, enter it in the designated box when you place your order and select Apply Code to receive your discount.
Check your order and payment details for any errors or missing information. By selecting Place Order you are submitting an online order for Canada Post products and are accepting the Canada Post Terms and Conditions*
*Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships.
Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation by email. You will receive a second email once we ship your order and process your payment.
Selecting My Orders-located next to the shopping cart link near the top of every page-allows you to view the status and details of your current and previous orders. You can also reorder products quickly and easily by selecting Reorder.
Estimated delivery time is the approximate number of business days that it takes for you to receive your order. The estimate will depend on the shipping service you select and our handling time. Note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
If you are not satisfied with your Canada Post purchase, please call 1-877-632-6347 within 10 calendar days of the receipt of your order to request a return authorization number. If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unopened in its original wrapping with your receipt, we will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment.
You must return the product to the Canada Post warehouse within 30 calendar days of the issuance of the authorization number. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging.
Please call customer service at 1-877-632-6347 as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
International orders may be subject to duties and customs fees. The delivery agent will collect these fees when your order is delivered.

All transactions are processed using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol for secure credit card payment. Provided your browser supports this protocol, your personal information is secure when you shop on our website. For security purposes, your session will time out after 45 minutes of inactivity.
Canada Post collects personal information from you only with your knowledge and consent to help meet our commitment to provide excellent service and to continuously improve your experience on our website. The personal information we collect may include your name, email address, mailing or business address, phone numbers and language preference, but may include other information when needed to fulfill your request.
We collect this information to allow you to: purchase or register for certain products, services and applications and complete those transactions; to enter contests; to subscribe to email newsletters; and to provide you with services or information that may be of interest to you.
