Online Complaint Form (Secure and Confidential)

You can submit a complaint to the Office of the Ombudsman at Canada Post by completing our secure online Complaint form. Before you fill out the form, you are encouraged to read the information provided on this website.

The ‘Accept & Submit’ button will transmit your online Complaint form in a secure and confidential web connection. You will be notified once it has been determined whether or not your complaint will be investigated.

Please note that the assessment of your complaint will be delayed if you did not attach all relevant documentation. The Ombudsman will not reply by e-mail.
