Mail delivery alerts for certain regions of Nova Scotia

February 17, 2017: Severe weather conditions are currently impeding mail delivery in certain regions of Nova Scotia, notably Amherst, New Glasgow, Antigonish, Sydney, North Sydney, Glace Bay, New Waterford, Bridgewater and Yarmouth. While every effort is being made to deliver the mail, some customers may not receive mail today. Once the conditions improve, normal delivery will resume.

Please note that the balance of the province also remains under a Yellow Service.

February 16, 2017 – Red alert: In light of the severe weather conditions and heavy snow in certain regions of Nova Scotia, notably Amherst, New Glasgow, Antigonish, Sydney, North Sydney, Glace Bay, New Waterford, Bridgewater and Yarmouth, it is not safe to send our delivery agents to deliver mail today. Delivery will resume once conditions improve and it is safe to do so.

Please note that the balance of the province remains under a Yellow Service. While every effort is being made to deliver the mail, some customers may not receive mail today.
