We are upgrading our website and online tools to serve you better. Some of our online tools will be unavailable during this upgrade.

From Saturday, November 11 at 9 p.m. until Sunday, November 12 at 9 a.m. Eastern Time (ET), the following online tools will be unavailable:

  • Sign-up
  • eStore
  • Ship-in-a-Click
  • Parcel Pickup
  • Managed Returns
  • Partner Program
  • Request Shipment Refund

From Sunday, November 12, 12 a.m. to 3:30 a.m. ET, the following applications will be unavailable:

  • Sign-in and Shipping Tools [EST 2.0 (Desktop), EST Online]
