We are upgrading our website and online tools to serve you better. Some of our online tools will be unavailable during this upgrade.

From Saturday, February 10 at 9 p.m. until Sunday, February 11 at 9 a.m. Eastern Time (ET), the following online tools will be unavailable:

  • Sign-up
  • Parcel Pickup
  • Online Business Centre
  • My Business Profile
  • My Credit Cards
  • My Orders
  • View/Update profile
  • Service Tickets will operate in offline mode
  • Intelligence 360 will be unavailable from 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. ET

Note: Shipping tools (EST 2.0, EST Online), shipping and tracking web services will still be available.
