We are upgrading our website and online tools to serve you better. Some of our online tools will be unavailable during this upgrade.

From Saturday, June 8 at 9 p.m. until Sunday, June 9 at 9 a.m. Eastern Time (ET), the following online tools will be unavailable:

  • Sign-up
  • My Profile
  • Online Business Centre
  • Request Shipment Refund
  • Parcel Pickup
  • EST Online
  • Service Tickets will operate in offline mode
