  1. What's changing and why?

    epost Connect™ is becoming a standalone application.  Beginning Monday, April 24, 2017 you can find us at www.canadapost.ca/connect.

    This means that epost Connect will be removed from the epost application and you'll no longer be able to switch between epost Connect and the epost Inbox from within either application.

    Until June 12, during the transition period, existing login pages will continue to function. After which these login pages will no longer be available and you'll be re-directed to the new login page www.canadapost.ca/connect.

  2. How will I access my Connect conversations and messages?
    • Access via an epost Connect email notification

      As of April 24, if you receive an epost Connect email notification, you can use the green Access the Message button,

      which will automatically take you to the new login page at www.canadapost.ca/connect:

      Select the Use Connect button then Sign In or Create a Canada Post online account if you don't already have one.

    • Access via a URL or bookmarked landing page

      The epost URL www.epost.ca and the Connect landing page at www.epost.ca/service/landingPage.a?language=en&redirect=connect, will continue to be available to you until June 11, 2017.

      As of Monday, June 12, 2017 both pages will automatically redirect to the new login page as shown above at: www.canadapost.ca/connect.

  3. Can I continue to use the same username and password as before?
    • Yes, you may continue to use the same username and password as before.
  4. If I'm in epost Inbox, how do I get to the Connect Inbox?

    You can no longer access Connect directly from your epost Inbox, but here's how you can get there:

    Step 1: Go to the top menu bar and click on Tools, then click on the + symbol beside Document Management, then click on epost Connect.

    Step 2: Selecting epost Connect will take you to the Connect landing page.

    Step 3: When you arrive at this page, you're already logged in. Just click on the Use Connect button to get to the epost Connect Inbox.

  5. If I'm in the Connect Inbox, how do I get to the epost Inbox?

    You can no longer access your epost Inbox directly from Connect, but here's how you can get there:

    Step 1: Go to the top menu bar and click on Managing Mail, then click on epost.

    Step 2: Selecting epost will take you to the epost landing page.

    Step 3: When you arrive at this page, you're already logged in. Just click on the Use epost button to get to the epost Inbox.
