How to use the online tracking tool

You can track a package with our online Track tool. To get started, you’ll need one of the following:

  • Tracking number from your receipt or package
  • Delivery notice card that you received in the mail
  • Reference number provided by the person who shipped the package and the shipping date

Track by tracking number

  1. In the Tracking Number(s) box, enter a tracking number. To track more than one package, press Enter and then type another tracking number.
  2. Select the Track button to view your results.

What is a tracking number?

  • Your tracking number is located on your receipt or directly on your package
  • Tracking numbers are comprised of either:

Track by delivery notice card

  1. Select the option to track By Delivery Notice Card Number.
  2. In the Delivery Notice Card Number(s) box, enter a delivery notice card number. To track more than one package, press Enter and then type another delivery notice card number.
  3. Select the Track button to view your results.

What is a delivery notice card number?

  • Your delivery notice card number is located on the notification card you received in the mail
  • Delivery notice card numbers are comprised of 15 digits

Delivery Notice

Track by Reference Number

  1. Select the option to track By Reference Number.
  2. In the Reference Number(s) box, enter a reference number. To track more than one package, press Enter and then type another reference number.
  3. In the Shipping Date Range section, select the approximate dates during which the package was shipped.
  4. Select the Track button to view your results.

What is a reference number?

  • Reference numbers are provided by shippers
  • Because reference numbers are chosen by the shipper, duplicates may exist
  • To avoid duplicates, enter a date range when searching for your reference number; only reference numbers active during the specified time period will be displayed
