The use by you of any Product is subject to any applicable provisions of the Canada Post Corporation Act.
When you purchase any physical item on the Site for delivery to a physical address, the shipment of the item is subject to the Canada Post Corporation Act.
We try to be as accurate as possible in describing items available for purchase on the Site. However, we do not warrant that item descriptions are 100% accurate or complete. If you purchase an item on the Site and it does not match the item's description on the Site, your only remedy is to return the item (if the item is returnable) in accordance with the online returns policy set out on the Site.
With your consent Canada Post will send you certain electronic communications such as emails and/or short message service (SMS) texts to your telephone regarding your use of Canada Post's Products. These may include commercial electronic messages such as special offers and promotions.
You acknowledge and agree that Internet transmissions are never completely private or secure. You understand that despite any security measures that Canada Post may have in place, it is possible that unauthorized parties might intercept any message or information you send or receive within, to or from the Site, or improperly access any data provided by you and stored by Canada Post. Unauthorized interception or access might occur even if there is a special notice that a particular transmission (for example, credit card information) is encrypted.
Content and Intellectual Property
All Content is either owned by Canada Post or licensed by or to Canada Post, and is protected by copyright, patent, trademark or other intellectual property rights of Canada Post and/or the applicable licensor.
All of the restrictions on Content set out in the two preceding paragraphs also apply to any translations of Content into other languages.
You may use information on Products contained in Canada Post Documents expressly made available by Canada Post for viewing and/or downloading from the Site, provided that you use it only for the purpose specified by Canada Post and do not (1) pass off the Canada Post Documents as your own or any party's other than Canada Post, (2) not remove any proprietary notice language in the Canada Post Documents, (3) make any other modifications to the Canada Post Documents, and (4) make any representations or warranties to any other party relating to Canada Post Documents or the information contained in the Canada Post Documents.
Your Use of the Site
You agree to the following with respect to your use of the Site.
You acknowledge and agree that any restriction on your use of the Site also applies to any system, network, server or other equipment connected to the Site.
You will comply with the laws of Canada any with any applicable Canadian provincial laws. You will not (1) conduct any illegal or improper activities, (2) harass any other party or other parties, (3) disrupt, undermine, corrupt, threaten or bring into disrepute the Site or any Products or Content. You will also not do anything that has the potential to have any of the effects listed above in this paragraph.
When you provide personal information or other information to us it will be true and accurate. Without limiting that requirement, you will not pretend to be or represent someone else, or otherwise impersonate any other individual or entity.
You will not use any "page-scrape" or automatic device, program, or any equivalent or similar manual process, to (1) access, acquire, copy or monitor any portion of the Site or any Content, (2) reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Site or any Content, (3) obtain or attempt to obtain any Content or other data or information through any means that we have not purposely and expressly made available for that purpose on the Site.
You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Site by hacking, password "mining" or any other illegitimate means.
You will not (1) probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Site, (2) breach or bypass the security or authentication measures on the Site, (3) reverse look-up or trace any information on any party to its source, (4) exploit the Site or any service or information made available or offered by or through the Site to reveal any information not expressly provided on the Site, including personal identification of other individuals or information regarding other commercial customers.
You will not upload a program or application, or take any other action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure of the Site.
Accounts, Passwords, Security
Most of the activity at the Site involves the viewing of Content which is accessible to everyone so there is no need for it to be secure. However, some features or Products offered on or through the Site may require you to open an account which includes establishing one or more of a Username, Password, Email Address, Security Question, Security Answer and/or other Authentication Information, and which may have other security features. In some cases an account may also be assigned to you by a Canada Post administrator and in such case, different or additional terms may apply and your administrator may be able to access or disable your account.
You authorize us to accept, without any further verification, and you agree to be responsible for, all activities with respect to your account when conducted using your Username and Password and/or other Authentication Information. The use of your Username, Password and/or other Authentication Information by you, or by any person with or without your knowledge or consent, is legally binding and makes you responsible to the same extent and effect as if you had given signed, written authorization to us. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information you hold for your account, including Authentication Information.
You will keep your Authentication Information strictly confidential. You agree to notify Canada Post immediately of any unauthorized use of your account and/or Authentication Information, or any other breach of security of which you become aware. Canada Post may revoke your Authentication Information for security or administrative reasons, but you will be responsible for all activity connected to your account before that revocation takes effect.
You will not use anyone else's account and/or corresponding Authentication Information at any time except as expressly permitted by applicable Canadian law, for example under a power of attorney for property or in your capacity of administrator for the account holder's estate.
Automatic Creation of epost Account
When you create an account on or through the Site for any Canada Post Product or other feature, we will automatically assign you an epost™ account. You are not obligated to use your epost account, but any use of it by you will be subject to additional terms and conditions relating to epost.

We have taken considerable care to prepare and maintain the Site and the Content. HOWEVER, WE ARE PROVIDING THE SITE, CONTENT AND ANY PRODUCTS YOU PURCHASE THROUGH THE SITE STRICTLY ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.
To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable Canadian law, with respect to the Site, Content and/or any Product purchased through the Site Canada Post disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including implied warranties of accuracy, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, The Canada Post Parties will not be liable for any damages caused to computer systems, software or electronic files by computer viruses, "worms", "trojan horses" or other items or forces of an intrusive, disruptive or destructive nature.
Canada Post reserves the right to do any of the following, at any time, without notice: (1) to modify, suspend or terminate operation of or access to the Site, or any portion of the Site, for any reason; (2) to modify or change the Site, or any portion of the Site, and any applicable policies or terms; and (3) to interrupt the operation of the Site, or any portion of the Site, as necessary to perform routine or non-routine maintenance, error correction, or other changes.
Limitation of Liability
SUCH LIMITATION OF LIABILITY APPLIES WHETHER THE DAMAGES ARISE FROM USE OR MISUSE OF AND RELIANCE ON THE SITE, INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, OR FROM THE INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, OR TERMINATION OF THE SITE (INCLUDING SUCH DAMAGES INCURRED BY THIRD PARTIES)
THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL ALSO APPLY WITH RESPECT TO UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA.
THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW
Without limiting the foregoing, the Canada Post Parties will not be liable for any:
(1) delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces or causes beyond their reasonable control, including internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labour disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labour or materials, fires, floods, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals, non-performance of Third Parties, or loss of or fluctuations in heat, light, or air conditioning,
(2) delay, damage, loss or inconvenience to you or any other person that may incur in the event of unauthorized access to your account or your Personal Information as a result of your failing to keep your Authentication Information secure and confidential, or
(3) defects or failures to perform with respect to any Product you purchase on or through the Site.
You may also be held liable for losses incurred by Canada Post or any other Party caused as a result of your failing to keep your Authentication Information secure and confidential.
Other Termination of Access
We may also, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, terminate your access to the Site in any other circumstances where we determine this to be appropriate and/or necessary, including (1) requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, (2) a request by you to cancel your account, (3) discontinuance or material modification of the Site or any service offered on or through the Site, or (4) unexpected technical issues or problems.
To serve you better, from time to time we may ask you for your Feedback. Also, you may give us unsolicited Feedback at any time. We will never require you to provide Feedback. However, if you do choose to provide us with Feedback, you acknowledge that we may have developed the same or similar ideas independently or received the same or similar ideas from others.
We may use your Feedback to create, modify, enhance and/or promote the Site and/or Products and you grant us an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty free, transferable, sub-licensable and exclusive licence to use your Feedback in any way we choose for that purpose. You also irrevocably waive all moral rights to your Feedback. Without limiting what is set out above, the consideration you receive will be the creation, modification, enhancement or promotion that we implement. Unless we expressly agree in writing otherwise, you will not be entitled to any royalties or any other form of payment or acknowledgement for providing your Feedback.
Third Party Advertisements and Links to Third Party Sites
With limiting anything that is set out above, your use of any Third Party product, service and/or Linked Site is solely at your own risk.
Canada Post may retain records with respect to some of the Products it provides. Subject to applicable law, any record retention by Canada Post is solely at our discretion and we may discontinue any retention at any time without notice.
Canada Post complies with the Official Languages Act and we are committed to ensuring all Content on this site is available in both French and English. However, users should be aware that some information from external sources is available as a courtesy and will only be available in the language in which it was provided. In addition, some Linked Sites are not subject to the Official Languages Act.
Epost™ Service Terms and Conditions
Special offers, promotions and/or other commercial electronic messages sent to you by a Mailer (as opposed to Canada Post) are in the control of that Mailer. In addition, notifications of epost Connect Mailpieces sent to you are at the request of the Mailer. To manage your preferences with the Mailer and including any requests to unsubscribe from any communications from the Mailer, you must contact the Mailer directly.
Eligibility and Account Registration
In order to use the epost Service, you must be a have a valid physical postal address in Canada. By accepting these epost Terms and Conditions you are declaring that you have lawful access to the physical postal address you enter in your contact details and are entitled to receive mail at that address.
You may use the epost Service only for your own use as an end-user. You may not sell, lease or otherwise transfer use of or access to your epost Mailbox to anyone else.
To use the epost Service, you must open an account which includes establishing a Username, Password, Security Question and Security Answer and providing other information we reasonably require from time to time.
In some circumstances an account may be assigned to you by an administrator and in such case, different or additional terms may apply as imposed by the administrator and your administrator may be able to access or disable your account.
Allocation to you and the continued use by you of a Username, epost mailbox and/or epost Connect account is entirely at our discretion. We reserve the right to change or reallocate a Username to you with notice to you.
You are responsible for keeping all information that you provide to us and/or Mailers up-to-date, including information you provide when you register for your epost account and when you subscribe to receive Mailpieces from a Mailer. If you do not keep your information current your use of the epost Service may be affected and you may not be able to use all or parts of the epost Service.
If there is any change to the information you have provided, including your name, Mailer account number (if applicable), or physical address, you must update your online profile to reflect any that change. You must also inform any Mailers of the changes. You must also properly notify the applicable Mailers if you cancel any Mailpiece subscriptions and/or discontinue use of your epost mailbox. And you will need to provide the Mailer with the new address for your mail.
If you cancel your use of the epost Service we may (but will not be obligated to) delete all relevant Mailpieces from our servers, and we may inform your Mailers and/or financial institutions that your epost mailbox and/or epost Connect account is no longer in service. You hereby consent to us taking any or all of those actions.
Password and Security
If you call the Canada Post customer service department for assistance with the epost Service, we may ask for your Security Answer and/or other information to verify your identity. If you call to report that you have forgotten any of your Authentication Information, we will ask for other Authentication Information and/or other information to help you recover access to your account. However, we reserve the right to cancel your account in which case you will be required to open a new account if you wish to continue using the epost Service.
Subscribing to Receive Mailpieces
You may choose the Mailers from which you wish to receive epost Mailpieces. The epost Service will facilitate your subscription request to the Mailer. You will need to provide the Mailer with the information required by the Mailer to authenticate that you are entitled to receive the Mailpieces you are requesting. You consent to us providing the Mailer with your Personal Information as reasonably required to facilitate your request.
We may (but are under no obligation to) access your epost mailbox to make changes to your subscription information pertaining to one of your Mailers, or delete that subscription, if requested to do so by the Mailer, or by you, and you hereby consent to us taking those actions.
Any disputes between you and any Third Party in connection with your Mailpieces, including, without limitation, any Mailer or financial institution, must be resolved solely between you and that party.
We may apply an Electronic Postmark to a Mailpiece to verify that the Mailpiece has not been tampered with. However, because they are stored externally, we cannot verify the integrity of a Mailpiece (or any part of a Mailpiece) that is accessed by a link to an external website (for example a Mailer website), or any attachment to a Mailpiece.
Please note that we do not scan attachments to any epost Connect Mailpiece.
Capacity Limits for Storage and Transmission
We reserve the right to set storage, transmission, Mailpiece size, and attachment limits for each epost and epost Connect account, and to change those limits at any time
Presentment at Participating Financial Institutions
If (1) you are a customer of a financial institution and have registered with your financial institution to conduct online transactions, (2) your financial institution has an entered into an agreement with us to enable you to access your epost mailbox from the financial institution's website, and (3) that service is operational; then, while you are in your financial institution's online session, you will be able to connect your epost mailbox to your account at your financial institution by entering your Username and Password. By accessing your epost mailbox from your financial institution's website, you consent to us disclosing and/or transmitting certain contents of your epost mailbox and other information to your financial institution's website as reasonably required to facilitate our provision of the epost Service
While accessing your epost account through your financial institution's website, you will be able to use some or all of the features and functionality of the epost Service to the degree they have been integrated by your financial institution into their online service. The extent of the functionality available will depend on the financial institution that you use.
Depending on your financial institution, actions you perform while accessing your epost account through your financial institution's website may not be visible or accessible when you access your epost account through the Site, and vice versa. For example, if you subscribe to a Mailpiece while on your financial institution's website, that Mailpiece might not be visible when you access your epost account through the Site.
When you access your epost account from your financial institution's website, the available functionality may include the ability to make payments directly from your financial institution's account or otherwise as allowed by your financial institution.
Some Mailers may allow you to access the Mailer's website to pay for bills they send you as Mailpieces. Your access of a Mailer's website and use of any functionality on that website will be subject to terms and conditions required by the Mailer.
For any Payment Method you choose, you may also be subject to terms and conditions required by your credit card or other bank card issuer and/or other service provider.
Authenticating to your Physical Address
With some restrictions, Canada Post allows you to create a Digital Postal Address corresponding to your physical postal address, and to register your epost account so that it is linked with that Digital Postal Address. All Users with epost accounts that have been linked with the same Digital Postal Address will be able to view Household Mail delivered to that Digital Postal Address. The steps required to create a Digital Postal Address and link your epost account to it are set out on the epost Service website. If you elect to do this, you represent and warrant to us that you have the authority to receive the mail delivered to that physical address and the Household Mail delivered to the Digital Postal Address.
If your physical postal address changes, you must notify us immediately. You will then need to create a new Digital Postal Address if you would like your new physical postal address to be linked to your epost account. The steps required to create a new Digital Postal Address are as set out on the epost Service website. If you elect to do this, you represent and warrant to us that you have the authority to receive the mail delivered to the new physical address and the Household Mail delivered to the new Digital Postal Address.
Without limiting what is set out above, when you create a Digital Postal Address and/or link your epost account to a Digital Postal Address, you consent to us using Third Party authentication and verification service providers to verify that you have the required authority to do so, based on the information that you have provided.
You agree to unregister your physical postal address from your epost account immediately if (1) your physical postal address changes, or (2) you no longer have authority to receive the mail delivered to that physical postal address.
We also reserve the right in our sole discretion to unregister your physical postal address from your epost account at any time, without seeking your consent and without notice to you.
Digital Postal Address Disputes
Some Mailers in possession of the e-mail address(es) linked to your epost Connect account will be able to send Mailpieces to your epost Connect account without any subscription request on your part. You will not need to provide your epost Username to those Mailers in order to receive Mailpieces from them. To stop receiving Mailpieces from a particular Mailer in your epost Connect account, you will need to contact the Mailer directly and asked to have the e-mail address(es) linked to your epost Connect account removed from the Mailer's epost Connect mailing list.
Canada Post assumes no responsibility for any actions taken (or not taken) by you, the Mailer, or any other party with respect to any epost Connect Mailpiece.
If the e-mail address(es) associated to your epost Connect account change, it is your responsibility to inform any epost Connect Mailers of any such changes to facilitate epost Connect Mailpieces.
The Vault epost Service allows you to upload, store, access, share and download Vault Documents to and from your Vault. The Vault service uses 128 bit SSL encryption technology for all Vault Documents being uploaded or downloaded to and from the Vault servers and 256 AES bit encryption for Vault Documents at rest on the Vault servers.
The Vault epost Service is intended only for use in Canada. All facilities relating to the Vault epost Service are located in Canada, including the servers on which your Vault Documents are stored. We do not, however, undertake to ensure that all uploading and downloading of Vault Documents by Vault Users is conducted exclusively through data transmission facilities located within Canada. We do not make any representation that any content or use of the Vault epost Service is appropriate in locations outside Canada.
You may upload, store and share a variety of file types in the Vault, as determined and updated by us from time to time.
You must prepay (by credit card as approved by Canada Post) for all Vault epost Service fees for the period and service level you select, and these fees and are non-refundable. The holder of the credit card used to pay for the Vault epost Service is deemed to be the owner of the Vault Files associated with that Vault account. For further details on payment, please consult the fee schedule available on the Vault website. We may update the fee schedule at any time without notice. If you upgrade your service on the Vault, you may request that we credit the unused portion of your prepaid fees towards the upgrade.
From time to time we may offer free Vault usage as part of a rewards program or for promotional purposes. When we do so, the free usage will be subject to whatever conditions we establish, and we may discontinue the rewards program and/or promotion at any time in our sole discretion without notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining a record of your Vault activity. We strongly recommend that you retain original and/or back-up copies of all Vault Files and take all appropriate security measures.
You also represent and warrant to us that your Vault Files are free of viruses or other malicious code and that you have taken all appropriate scanning and other measures to ensure that no virus or other malicious code is uploaded to your Vault or the Vault epost Service via your Vault Files.
You may not sell, lease or otherwise transfer your Vault or any of the storage space in your Vault to anyone else. Your Vault is for personal use only. You are not permitted to charge a fee to anyone else for the storage of files in your Vault.
In the case of expiration or termination of your Vault account for reasons other your breach, you must download or otherwise retrieve your Vault Documents from your Vault during the thirty days' notice period we will provide to you. However, within 180 days of the date upon which our thirty days' termination notice to you expires, you may (1) upon payment of a fee determined from time to time by us, make a written request to us for a copy of files that were stored in your Vault as of the date that our thirty day termination notice expired and/or (2) reactivate your Vault by subscribing for a new pre-paid Vault period, the term of which will be retroactive to the date of expiration of the previously expired period. If you do not exercise either of the two options described above then, upon the expiry of the 180 day period following expiration of our thirty day termination notice to you, you will no longer have access to your Vault and we may permanently delete your Vault Files and permanently close your Vault without further notice to you.
You may terminate your Vault epost Service at any time by following the Vault cancellation instructions found in the Vault help section. Within 180 days of the date upon which the termination takes effect you may, upon payment of a fee determined from time to time by us, make a written request to us for a copy of files that were stored in your Vault. Upon the expiry of the 180 day period following expiration of our thirty day termination notice to you, you will no longer have access to your Vault and we may permanently delete your Vault Files and permanently close your Vault without further notice to you.

Canada Post Solutions for Small Business Terms and Conditions
Business Information and Authority
You agree and warrant to us that (a) you are a business or the authorized representative of a business; (b) all information that you provide to us is business information and not personal information; and (c) without limiting (b) above, any contact information you provide is business contact information and not personal information (“business contact information” means any information that is used for the purpose of communicating or facilitating communication with an individual in relation to their employment, business or profession such as the individual’s name, position name or title, work address, work telephone number, work fax number or work electronic address). You acknowledge and agree that we will retain the information that you supply to us and that it will be used in connection with the functionality of the Site, Solutions for Small Business and to provide you with information about us and our products and services.
Rates and available Canada Post services
You can purchase Canada Post shipping and/or mailing Products (1) by signing in to your profile at www.canadapost.ca and using one or more of the following online applications: Electronic Shipping Tool (EST) Online, EST 2.0, Express Order Entry or Precision Targeter™, (2) at a Canada Post Retail Outlet or (3), for Canada Post Personalized Mail™(formerly Addressed Admail) or Canada Post Neighbourhood Mail™(formerly Unaddressed Admail) only, through Canada Post Expert and Registered Partners. The pricing for the products may be different depending on whether you purchase them online or at a Retail Outlet.
Solutions for Small Business makes business pricing rates available for some products.
The assignment of a price rate "Saving Level", if you are eligible for one, will be made to your customer account using the process described.
You will have a My Business profile as part of Solutions for Small Business. Each time you use your assigned customer number for purchases of shipping and mailing Products, we will match your purchases with your business profile. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you use your customer number each time you purchase shipping and mailing Products. Canada Post may in our sole discretion perform periodic reviews of your purchases and may contact you to inform you of any variation to your discount level and any options available to you.
Variation of Price
Canada Post reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify the prices at any time and without notice to you. Canada Post may provide you with notification of a Saving Level price change to your account but it is not under any obligation to do so and you hereby acknowledge that Canada Post is not under such obligation. It is your responsibility to check the prices available for your Business Profile by signing in to your account at www.canadapost.ca and visiting the My Business Profile Page before you purchase products.
Payment for Services
For online purchases under the the Solutions for Small Business, Canada Post only accepts major credit cards (as designated by us from time to time) for payment.
You may only use a postage meter as a method of payment for Products if you have our express written approval to do so. Whether we provide approval is solely in our discretion.
If you are purchasing Products at retail outlet, you can pay by all of the accepted payment methods at that Retail Outlet.
When you sign up for the Solutions for Small Business, we will issue you a membership card. The membership card is and will remain the property of Canada Post, and you must return it to us upon our request.
Contracts for other Products
You should carefully read the provisions of any Commercial Contract as you will be bound by the Commercial Contract once you sign it.
Specific Product Contracts
The Canada Postal Guide also applies to your purchase of Products, and you should read it carefully. View the Canada Postal Guide.
If there is a conflict between the terms and conditions stated in the Commercial Contract and the terms and conditions stated in the Canada Postal Guide, the Canada Postal Guide will take precedence unless and to the extent that the Commercial Contract expressly states otherwise by explicit reference to the Canada Postal Guide.
Terms and Conditions – Find a Postal Code
Ownership of postal codes
Permitted use of Find a Postal Code
You are not permitted to sell or otherwise commercially exploit the information you obtain from the Find a Postal Code Service, or to use that information for any purpose other than your own personal or limited internal business use. Canada Post may in its sole discretion and without prior notice to you, limit the number of searches you make using the Find a Postal Code Service, on a daily or other basis.
No representations or warranties
You acknowledge that Canada Post is providing the Find a Postal Code Service strictly on an “as is” basis, and makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy of the information you obtain by using the Service.
Canada Post rights and remedies
Canada Post reserves all of its rights and remedies. Nothing in these Find a Postal Code Terms and Conditions limits any right or remedy of Canada Post.
GLOSSARY OF TERMS
Means an affiliate as defined in the Canada Business Corporations Act.
Means a User's Password, User Name, Secret Question, Secret Answer and other information that Canada Post may require from time to time in order to verify a User's identity.
"Business epost box"; "Business epost mailbox"; or
"Business Digital Mailbox"
Means an epost mailbox for which the registered User is a commercial business or other legal entity, other than an individual.
Means Canada Post Corporation.
"Canada Post Documents"
Means non-confidential materials that Canada Post has prepared and provided for general access, viewing and/or downloading on the Site, including Customer Guides, forms, articles, and similar materials
"Canada Post Group of Companies"
Means Canada Post and any company that is an Affiliate of Canada Post.
"Canada Post Parties"
Means the Canada Post Group of Companies, their contractors, agents and representatives, and all of their respective directors, officers and employees, or any combination of the foregoing.
Means a validly executed written contract in effect between a business and one or more of the Canada Post Parties for (1) the provision of Products by Canada Post and/or (2) other commercial matters.
Means a document of that name relating to a specific Product or Products, as prepared and amended by Canada Post from time to time, setting out features, terms and conditions and/or other aspects applicable to the Product(s) and made available by Canada Post to its commercial customers with respect to the Product(s).
"Digital Postal Address"
Means an electronic delivery point for Canada Post's Digital Delivery Network, linked to one or more physical postal addresses.
Means the digital time/date stamp we apply to a Mailpiece (excluding attachments, if any) when sent through the Service.
Means Canada Post or, if applicable, an Affiliate of Canada Post carrying on business as epost.
"epost box"; "epost mailbox"; or "epost Digital Mailbox"
Means the electronic mail box containing a User's epost Inbox and other folders and features.
Means Canada Post's epostTM Connect service.
"epost Inbox" or "Inbox"
Means the folder within a User's epost mailbox into which we deliver a User's Mailpieces.
Means Canada Post's epostTM service as represented by the functionality provided by Canada Post at any point in time, and as may be modified from time to time by Canada Post, including without limitation the Vault, epost Connect and the epost website.
"epost Terms and Conditions"
Means the epost Service Terms and Conditions governing the use of the epost Service, found here.
Means the world wide website at www.epost.ca and/or www.postel.ca (or any successor websites that Canada Post may designate from time to time), including the web pages it contains, but not including third party websites to which it may be linked.
Means any suggestions, comments, questions or ideas you provide to us in any form or medium, regarding the Site, any actual or potential Products and/or any other aspect of Canada Post's existing or potential operations.
Means a Mailpiece which is delivered to a Digital Postal Address, which contains general information that may be viewed by all Users with an epost account linked to that Digital Postal Address.

Means includes or including without limiting the generality of the foregoing
Means a website operated by a Third Party that is linked to the Site.
Means any organization registered as an epost Service Mailer and approved by Canada Post, which that sends you Mailpieces using the epost Service.
Means any single document, invoice, statement, letter, payroll notice, electronic form, or other type of correspondence or document sent through the epost Service. A Mailpiece does not include any document accessed through a link contained within the Mailpiece to a Third Party website.
Means any and all trade names, trademarks, official marks or any similar intellectual property belonging to Canada Post and/or its licensors, which may be registered in Canada or otherwise.
Means the secret access code you use to access your epost mailbox.
Means a payment method supported by the epost Service allowing payments through the epost Service of a bill sent to a User as a Mailpiece.
Means a Mailpiece delivered to a User that is private to that User and not viewable by other Users connected to the same Digital Postal Address.
Means a product or service provided by Canada Post.
Means a physical facility operated by Canada Post or another party under contract with Canada Post, for the primary purpose of selling Products to the public and/or businesses. A Retail Outlet may exist within another commercial facility if it is in a separate area clearly and conspicuously identified as a Canada Post outlet and dedicated primarily to the sale of Products.
Means the secret answer provided by you that only you know that corresponds to your Security Question.
Means the secret question chosen by you, that only you know and that corresponds to your Security Answer. Your Security Question will be used to prompt you to provide your Security Answer when you have forgotten your Password or to help our customer service representatives verify your identity to provide assistance.
Means the Canada Post Corporation website located at www.canadapost.ca and all associated websites linked to www.canadapost.ca that are operated by Canada Post, its subsidiaries and/or Affiliates
Means any software we make available on the Site for downloading
"SSB Terms and Conditions"
Mean the terms and conditions applicable to Canada Post's Solutions for Small Business service, found here.
Means a party other than Canada Post or a Canada Post Affiliate
Means a user of the Site, including of the epost Service.
Means the name selected by a User to uniquely identity that User while logged on to the Site.
Means Canada Post's epost™ Vault service
