By creating a Digital Postal Address, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to receive the mail delivered to that physical address and the Household Mail delivered to the Digital Postal Address.

You must notify us immediately if (1) your physical postal address changes; and/or (2) you no longer have authority to receive (a) mail delivered to that physical postal address and/or (b) Household Mail delivered to the Digital Postal Address. If your physical postal address changes you will need to create a new Digital Postal Address if you would like it to be linked to your epost account.

If you know or suspect that someone is accessing your Digital Postal Address without the authority to do so, contact our customer service help desk and request a suspension of that Digital Postal Address.

Upon receiving a suspension request from you or another User asserting the rights to access that Digital Postal Address, we may temporarily suspend access to the Digital Postal Address pending resolution of the dispute.

Subject to these epost Terms and Conditions and the Canada Post Terms of Use, we will continue to provide each User access to his or her epost account. We may attempt to resolve the dispute in whatever manner we determine to be appropriate. However, without limiting the Disclaimers or Exclusion of Liability in the Canada Post Terms of Use, we make no representations or warranties that we will be able to resolve the dispute satisfactorily. If we determine that we cannot resolve the dispute, it will be the sole responsibility of the disputing parties to resolve matters through a written agreement between them and/or a court order by a Canadian court having the jurisdiction to make that order.

epost Connect

The epost Connect feature of the epost service enables secure electronic communications between businesses and other parties. Canada Post may from time to time establish eligibility criteria to use the epost Connect service.
