    Is it possible to see items that have a tracking number but have not been received by Canada Post?

    Yes. To show tracking information within Intelligence 360, all items must have an electronic manifest, or label created, scan.

    The Ready to ship category in the outbound tab shows items where only an electronic manifest scan has been captured and no other scans have been received. In these instances, there is no evidence that these items were ever received by Canada Post.
