If you sent the parcel through one of our trackable services, and you have a number for tracking purposes, you can file a claim to recoup the postage and insured value.
Please note that only senders can initiate claims.
- For parcels sent within Canada and it arrived damaged
- For parcels sent to an international destination and it arrived damaged
If you did not use a trackable service, you can make us aware of your damaged delivery using the service ticket below. Please note that non-trackable items are not eligible for a claim or refund.
