I’m a volunteer!

We congratulate you for your commitment to your community... Canada Post employees play a key role in many community organizations across Canada. From coaching hockey teams to running in fundraising marathons to organizing local food bank drives to pitching in to clean up a park, Canada Post employees are good neighbours!

We are building on this commitment to community involvement with the Canada Post Community Foundation for Children. The Foundation will make a positive impact on the lives of children in the communities Canada Post serves by supporting registered charities, school programs or local initiatives that benefit children through an annual grants program.

As the company faces a number of financial constraints we are focusing our community investment activities exclusively on raising funds for the Canada Post Community Foundation for Children. We are unable to support community activities through a sponsorship, donation or employee involvement program. Still, we believe our fundraising efforts for the Canada Post Community Foundation for Children, and the efforts it will support across the country, will reflect our desire to be both a good corporate citizen and a good neighbour.

Please visit the Foundation’s website in March of each year to see if your event or organization would qualify for a grant from the Foundation. If it does qualify, you will be pleased to know your involvement with the organization automatically provides them with 10 points (out of 100) on their scoring!
