The postal needs of Canadians are changing. As Canada Post transforms the postal system to meet them, we remain committed to social responsibility. This reflects our concern for the health and well-being of our employees, the environment and the communities we serve.
Our 2015 Social Responsibility Report captures our success in key performance measures set out by the internationally recognized Global Reporting Initiative, which promotes sustainable development.
The Report highlights Canada Post’s ongoing accomplishments in significantly lowering employee injuries, reducing carbon emissions and bringing joy into the lives of Canadian children and youth.
This is our ninth report and the fifth year of publishing it as a complement to the Annual Report. It should be read in conjunction with the Annual Report for a thorough examination of the Corporation’s social and environmental, as well as economic performance.
