Do you have parcels that are ready to ship? We’ll pick them up at your business address. Set up, modify and manage on-demand and scheduled pickup requests online — at the office or with your mobile device. Pay by credit card or, if you're a commercial customer, charge it to your account.

How to get started

  1. Find out if we pick up in your area. Use our Parcel pickup availability tool.
  2. Get a Canada Post customer number, if you don’t already have one.
  3. Use our Parcel Pickup tool to set up, modify and manage pickup requests. Sign in.
  4. Make sure your parcel includes shipping documentation as proof of purchase, such as shipping labels, postage stamps or meter impressions.

Pickup services and options

On-demand pickup when you need it

  • For commercial customers with a parcel agreement and members of Solutions for Small Business.
  • On the same business day before local cut-off times.
  • In advance: up to a month for commercial account customers or 5 business days for credit card customers.
  • $3.50 per pickup. No minimum number of parcels.
  • Pickup is free if you are shipping at least one item using our Priority™ shipping service.

Scheduled pickup for regular parcel pickup

Request, modify or cancel your pickup requests online.

  • For commercial customers with a parcel agreement and members of Solutions for Small Business.
  • Fees are based on annual parcel purchases.
  • New customers can set times for a driver to come to their location to pickup.
  • Need us to come at a different time? Reschedule your pickup to a new time.

If you are temporarily closing your business or have no planned shipments, avoid charges by cancelling your scheduled pickup at least 5 business days in advance. Restart it again when you are ready.

Third-party scheduled pickup

Do you manage shipments on behalf of your customers?

  • Extend scheduled pickup to your customers and charge it to your account.
  • Available to commercial customers with a parcel agreement.

Note: All parcels and prepaid envelopes for Parcel Pickup need to include shipping documentation, such as shipping labels, postage stamps or meter impressions, as proof of purchase.
